1. طبيعة الخدمات

تقدم الأكاديمية خدمات رقمية تعليمية وتحليلية وتقييمية تقديرية تهدف إلى:

  • دعم الفهم والتحليل واتخاذ القرار.

  • تعزيز الوعي التربوي أو التعليمي أو الشخصي.

  • تقديم تقارير أو نتائج مبنية على البيانات التي يقدّمها المستخدم.

قد تشمل الخدمات – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

  • أدوات تحليل وتقييم رقمية.

  • استبيانات واختبارات إلكترونية.

  • تقارير تقديرية.

  • خدمات إرشادية أو تعليمية رقمية.

⚠️ جميع الخدمات ذات طبيعة إرشادية/تقديرية، ولا تمثل تشخيصًا طبيًا أو نفسيًا أو قانونيًا، ولا تُعد بديلاً عن الاستشارة المهنية المرخّصة عند الحاجة.

2. حدود الخدمات والمسؤولية المهنية

تقرّ بأن خدمات الأكاديمية:

  • لا تقدم تشخيصًا طبيًا أو نفسيًا.

  • لا تمثل علاجًا أو تدخلًا علاجيًا.

  • لا تصلح كوثائق رسمية للمدارس أو الجهات القانونية أو القضائية.

  • لا تغني عن مراجعة مختص مرخّص عند الحاجة.

الغرض من الخدمات هو تقديم دعم تحليلي أو إرشادي يساعد المستخدم على الفهم واتخاذ قرارات أكثر وعيًا، دون أن تحل محل التقييم المتخصص.

3. آلية الشراء والدفع

  • يتم شراء الخدمات بشكل منفصل لكل طلب ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة.

  • لا يوجد اشتراك أو تجديد تلقائي إلا إذا تم توضيحه صراحة أثناء عملية الشراء.

  • الأسعار المعروضة وقت الشراء هي المعتمدة لتلك العملية.

  • بعد إتمام الدفع، قد يحصل المستخدم على:

    • رابط خدمة خاص،

    • نموذج استخدام،

    • أو تقرير فوري/لاحق حسب طبيعة الخدمة.

4. استخدام الخدمة وصلاحيتها

قد تُقدَّم بعض الخدمات عبر روابط خاصة أو جلسات رقمية ذات صلاحية محددة.

صلاحية الاستخدام قد تكون:

  • استخدامًا لمرة واحدة،

  • أو لفترة زمنية محددة،

  • أو بعدد محاولات معيّن،

وفق ما يتم توضيحه في وصف الخدمة.

بعد استخدام الخدمة أو انتهاء صلاحيتها، لا يمكن إعادة تفعيلها إلا بشراء جديد أو وفق ما تحدده الأكاديمية.

5. التقارير والمخرجات

التقارير أو النتائج الصادرة عن خدمات الأكاديمية:

  • تقديرية بطبيعتها.

  • مبنية على البيانات المدخلة من المستخدم.

  • مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط.

ولا يجوز للمستخدم:

  • إعادة بيعها.

  • نشرها لأغراض تجارية.

  • استخدامها لأغراض بحثية أو رسمية.

  • تعديلها ونسبها لجهة أخرى.

إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من الأكاديمية.

6. السرية وحماية البيانات

تلتزم الأكاديمية بحماية خصوصية بيانات المستخدم وفق سياسة الخصوصية المعتمدة.

  • لا يتم مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف خارجية لأغراض تسويقية.

  • يتم استخدام البيانات فقط لأغراض تقديم وتحسين الخدمة.

  • يحق للمستخدم طلب حذف بياناته وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.

7. التزامات المستخدم

باستخدامك للخدمات، فإنك تقرّ وتتعهد بما يلي:

  • أنك صاحب البيانات أو مخوّل قانونيًا باستخدامها.

  • أن المعلومات التي تقدمها دقيقة قدر الإمكان.

  • استخدام الخدمات لأغراض مشروعة وشخصية فقط.

  • عدم إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة اختراقه أو تعطيله.

تحتفظ الأكاديمية بحق تعليق أو إيقاف الخدمة في حال:

  • إساءة الاستخدام.

  • تقديم معلومات مضللة.

  • مخالفة هذه الشروط.

8. سياسة الاسترجاع

  • لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ بعد بدء استخدام الخدمة أو تفعيل رابطها.

  • تعتبر الخدمة منفذة بمجرد تقديم مخرجاتها الأساسية أو إتاحة الوصول إليها.

  • في حال وجود خلل تقني مثبت يمنع استخدام الخدمة، يتم التعامل مع الحالة وفق تقدير الأكاديمية.

9. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمل الأكاديمية أي مسؤولية عن:

  • سوء تفسير النتائج.

  • القرارات الشخصية أو التعليمية أو المهنية أو الطبية التي يتخذها المستخدم بناءً على الخدمة.

  • أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمات خارج نطاقها الإرشادي.

يكون استخدام الخدمات على مسؤولية المستخدم الخاصة.

10. التعديلات على الشروط

تحتفظ الأكاديمية بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت عند الحاجة.

يُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع أو الخدمات بعد نشر التحديثات موافقة ضمنية على النسخة المعدّلة.

11. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في الدولة التي سُجلت فيها الشركة، وتُفسَّر وفقًا لها، دون الإخلال بأي أحكام قانونية ملزمة.

You acknowledge that the Academy’s services:

  • Do not constitute treatment or therapeutic intervention.

  • Are not valid as official documents for schools, legal authorities, or judicial bodies.

  • Do not replace consultation with a licensed professional when needed.

The purpose of the services is to provide analytical or advisory support to assist users in making informed decisions, without replacing specialized professional evaluation.

3. Purchase and Payment

Services are purchased individually per request unless explicitly stated otherwise.

There is no subscription or automatic renewal unless clearly indicated during the purchase process.

The price displayed at the time of purchase is the applicable price for that transaction.

Upon successful payment, the user may receive:

  • A private service link,

  • A usage form,

  • Or an immediate or delayed report depending on the nature of the service.

4. Service Access and Validity

Some services may be provided via private links or digital sessions with limited validity.

Validity may be:

  • Single-use,

  • Time-limited,

  • Or limited by a specified number of attempts,

As stated in the service description.

Once a service has been used or its validity has expired, it cannot be reactivated except through a new purchase or as determined by the Academy.

11. Governing Law
